Lost Islamic History (Part-02)

Muhammad was born in Mecca around 570 CE. His clan name was Banu Hashim. His father, Abdullah, died when he was not even born. His mother, Aminah, departed when he was only six-year-old. His caretaker grandfather Abd-al-Muttalib died at eight. Muhammad’s responsibility was on his uncle Abu Talib.
His status as an orphan child made him inferior in a class of Quraysh.
People gave him the names of trustful and trustworthy (as-Sadiq and al-Amin) due to his honesty in the trade missions in various places. He worked for Khadija, a widow. She was a wealthy businesswoman. Khadija proposed Muhammad when he was 25. Despite being junior, Muhammad accepted the proposal.
Mohammad chooses seclusion instead of Idol worshiping.
First revelation
In 610, the angel appeared to him and revealed the first five verses of the Quran.
Shaken and scared, Muhammed informed Khadija. She took Muhammad to her cousin, who was well familiar with the Jewish and Christian scripture. He accepted Muhammad as a prophet of God.
Khadija was the first person who accepted his message. Some of his close friends and relatives also accepted his message.
